Cherubini 44
Interior Layout
The interior of the Cherubini 44 is designed and crafted to provide comfortable (even luxurious) extended living aboard for a modest number of people, at port or at sea. In the past, we have customized the interior arrangements of Cherubini 44s to meet the precise needs of the owner, but they all have many hanging lockers, cabinets with drawers, and other places for stowage. They all are constructed with georgous woodwork and frequently feature cane locker doors. They all exude the feeling of a classic, luxury yacht.

This layout provides great versatility. The aft cabin can be arranged either with two single berths or with a double berth on one side and lockers and drawers on the other side. Above the engine cover is a navigation area. A folding navigator's seat is provided.
The mid-ship U-shaped galley is ideal for serious cooking, either at sea or in harbor. The head has two doors and can be entered directly from the aft cabin or from the main cabin. The forward cabin has a double V berth and lots of drawers and hanging lockers for clothing.
When more privacy is desired, a washboard can block the cockpit access to the aft cabin and the main cabin can be accessed by a supplementary companionway directly to the main cabin. In this configuration, the aft cabin is a private area, with direct access to the head and the main cabin. In some boats, a second head has been installed forward, replacing some of the stowage lockers.

The main salon of the Cherubini 44 is the classic style with settees on either side of a folding table. Above the settees may be storage lockers on one side and a pilot berth on the other.
The forward stateroom is visible through the distinctively curved doorway.
Note the raised panel bulkheads and the unique Cherubini port lights, which can stay open when it is raining.
