| In addition to building new boats, Cherubini Yachts also offers a full range of maintenance, repair, upgrade, and restoration services. Small or large, sail or power, simple or complicated, we can fix your boat the way you want.
One of our specialties is re-finishing hulls and decks with Awlgrip finishes. Sometimes the preparation work is a simple sanding, as this small runabout. |

| Other times the hull needs more work. A large, year-old motor yacht needed re-finishing. Its gel coat had had extensive crazing and cracking. Maybe there had been some error during the construction process. Repairing it required substantial grinding and extensive fiberglass fill and fairing. |

Her owner thought a light blue would be nicer than the original dark blue. Her new topsides gleam now.
Needless to say, we can make one of our "mature" Cherubini 44s or 48s, or any other boat, sparkle like new.

| A 19 foot Rhodes Mariner boat came in with a very uneven bottom that required careful fairing before painting. After fairing, she did much better in her class racing and looked like a winner. |

Thinking about upgrading your navigation system? For a "mature" Cherubini 48, we created a new navigation area, fully equipped with all the modern instruments.
Installing air conditioning? Autopilot? Bow thruster? Water maker? We can help you select the right components for you and install them properly. |

Did you get too close to a rock or suffer collision damage? We've repaired many boats with significant structural damage to hull and to interior parts (cabinets, bulkheads) that take a beating in these situations. We can make your boat as strong as new and at least as beautiful.
Is your rudder showing signs of internal or external damage? Does your your aluminum mast suffer from creeping corrosion? Does your wooden mast have rot at the top or bottom? Ready for an engine rebuild or re powering? We are very experienced in all these aspects of maintenance and repair.
We also do comprehensive refits for "very experienced" yachts. We make sure your boat ends up as strong and beautiful as new and fully equipped with new, modern equipment, at substantially less than the price of a new boat.
Whatever we do, we make no compromises when it comes to safety, reliability, seaworthiness, and beauty of your boat. We follow the standards of the American Boat and Yacht Council.
Recreational Vehicles Too!
We also can provide some repair and upgrade services to recreational vehicles. In one case, we installed a nice wooden floor and rearranged and upgraded some of the cabinetry. Many of the RV systems (kitchen, toilet, etc.) are quite similar to those in boats, so we are skilled in repairing or upgrading them. |

Projected costs of our service work (materials and labor) are estimated as carefully as we can. Of course some flexibility is needed, as we may discover more work is needed or as the owner want to expand the project. Good communication is essential thoughout the project.
Small jobs might take a week or two, and we usually can do these jobs on short notice.
Large, full restoration projects can take take three, six, or more months in the shop. These jobs must be scheduled in advance, so if you are thinking of refurbishing, please contact us early.

Cherubini Yachts is located on the New Jersey side of the Delaware River, about 10 miles upstream from Philadelphia. It is easily accessible both by water and highway. We can help arrange over-land transportation for your yacht at reasonable rates. |
